Terms and Conditions:
The Playtime Rewards loyalty program is only available to financial members of The City Golf Club.
Patrons must be 18+ years of age to join.
The reward or benefit cannot be transferred to another person.
Management will resolve any dispute which arises from the Playtime Rewards or its associated points at its own discretion.
It is the responsibility of members to ensure that their membership card is correctly inserted into a gaming machine at any time, that the gaming machine is correctly reading their membership card as indicated by Pathway Unit or handed to staff at the time of purchase.
Playtime Rewards & Status Credits will be issued on all eligible transactions, excluding bistro purchases and purchases not paid for by cash, eftpos or cheque.
Playtime Rewards points will expire on 1st December of each year (regardless of when they were earned), with the exception of members in any tiers exempt from point expiry on 1st December each year.
Management will not be liable for un-authorised use of a member’s card and the subsequent accrual or redemption of the program’s points.
Redemption of associated points must be performed in person by the cardholder.
Members must surrender duplicate cards, the issuing of these cards to other persons to gain entry to The Club is fraud and will be dealt with as such.
Photo ID may be requested.
Members must personally use membership cards to accrue any and all rewards and/or benefits. Allowing another person to do so is not permitted at any time.
The F&B Account is topped up on the 1st of each month based on a member’s tier as of the 1st of the month. It is not topped up at any other point during the month.
Any remaining F&B account credit not used in the previous month will be forfeit on the first of each new month. Unused credit will not be rolled into the next month.
The F&B Account may not be used for takeaway alcohol or takeaway meals from Clubhouse Bistro & Asian Kitchen or Rink 46 Bistro.
Non-financial members will immediately surrender any points or rewards that they have accumulated.
The City Golf Club is not responsible for any stolen or lost membership cards or any subsequent Card-It or points usage.
If a membership card is lost or stolen, the member must immediately report the matter to Reception Staff who will cancel the card and issue another.
The City Golf Club reserves the right to correct the points balances resulting from malfunction, operator error, fraud or any other causes of an incorrect balance.
The City Golf Club may revise, alter or cancel Playtime Rewards loyalty system at any time without prior notice. In the event that Playtime Rewards ceases to operate, all benefits accumulated which have not been redeemed or exchanged will be cancelled within 30 days of issuing notice to members’ current contacts.
The City Golf Club is not, and will not, be held responsible or liable for a members accumulated benefit should a technical or other fault cause the accumulated benefit to be lost, altered or miss-stated.
Membership levels are granted solely at the discretion of Management.
Participation in the Playtime Rewards indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these points may result in the cancellation of membership.
