Gold Rewards
Terms and Conditions

  1. The Gold Rewards loyalty program is only available to financial members of The City Golf Club.
  2. Patrons must be 18+ years of age to join.
  3. The reward or benefit cannot be transferred to another person.
  4. Management will resolve any dispute which arises from the Gold Rewards or its associated points at its own discretion.
  5. It is the responsibility of members to ensure that their membership card is correctly inserted into a gaming machine at any time or handed to staff at the time of purchase.
  6. Management will not be liable for unauthorised use of a member’s card and the subsequent accrual or redemption of the program’s points.
  7. Redemption of associated points must be performed in person by the cardholder.
  8. Members must surrender duplicate cards, the issuing of these cards to other persons to gain entry to The Club is fraud and will be dealt with as such.
  9. Photo ID may be requested.
  10. Non-financial members will immediately surrender any points or rewards that they have accumulated.</li>
  11. The City Gold Club is not responsible for any stolen or lost membership cards or any subsequent MyCash or points usage.
  12. If a membership card is lost or stolen, the member must immediately report the matter to Reception Staff who will cancel the card and issue another.
  13. The City Golf Club reserves the right to correct the Gold Bucks or Gold Points balances resulting from malfunction, operator error, fraud, or any other causes of an incorrect balance.
  14. The City Golf Club may revise, alter or cancel the Gold Rewards loyalty system at any time without prior notice. In the event that The Gold Rewards ceases to operate, all benefits accumulated which have not been redeemed or exchanged will be canceled within 30 days of issuing notice to members’ current contacts.
  15. The City Golf Club is not, and will not, be held responsible or liable for a member’s accumulated benefit should a technical or other fault cause the accumulated benefit to be lost, altered, or misstated.
  16. Membership levels are granted solely at the discretion of Management.
  17. Participation in the Gold Rewards indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these points may result in the cancellation of membership.
